Deliveries are due to begin in October 2018 and the trains will be used on the RFR suburban network around Tunis.
The contract is due to be signed later this month.
Hyundai Rotem chosen for Tunisian EMU order
TUNISIAN National Railways (SNCTF) has selected Hyundai Rotem as preferred bidder for a Dinars 416m ($US 189m) contract to supply 28 four-car suburban EMUs.
