The aim of the reorganisation is to improve cross-border operations between Germany and neighbouring countries, particularly those serving Rotterdam, Europe's largest port, which will become a hub for Captrain.
Dutch regional operations will also be revised, and Captrain will have a full-time staff of 40 employees covering all operations in the Netherlands.
