The metre-gauge LRVs will be 2300mm wide with a 100% low floor. The first vehicle needs to be completed nearly 14 months after the contract has been signed and delivery should be completed within 19 months.
The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most advantageous offer assessed on price, technical requirements and non-technical items such as delivery date using a points system.
