The first three sets have already been dispatched to St Petersburg while the remaining seven will be supplied in 2017.
The three-section LRVs are 27m long and 2.5m wide and weigh 37 tonnes. The vehicles are powered by six 72kW traction motors and have a design speed of 75km/h.
Each LRV has 53 seats and can accommodate 220 passengers at five people/m2 or 320 at eight passengers/m2. Independent air-conditioning is provided in the driver's cab and passenger saloon. LCD screens display passenger information, and the LRVs are fitted with CCTV and a satellite system to monitor the vehicle's location.
