With 36 trains per hour running along the entire line, LU says an extra 3000 passengers will be able to travel every hour during peak times.

“We’re running more trains than ever before, with the most frequent train service in the country and one of the most frequent anywhere in the world,” says managing director of LU, Mr Mark Wild. “This will make a real difference to our customers, creating more capacity and making stations and train services less crowded.”
