ICER Rail was founded in 2010 as a joint venture between Knorr-Bremse and the Spanish Berkelium Group. The company develops and produces friction materials for almost all train braking applications at its factory in Pamplona, Spain.
This acquisition forms part of Knorr-Bremse’s ongoing growth strategy.
