The Multilog On-line System IMx-B is configured to recognise running characteristics and calculated values can be processed onboard for immediate feedback or transmitted wirelessly for further analysis using SKF software.
The condition monitoring system includes early bearing fault detection, 16 analogue channels, and compatibility with different sensor types.
SKF says the system offers wide area network wireless/3G compatibility and meets all relevant railway standards for bogie-mounted electronic systems.
