The 5.8km single-track loop line is being operated by Transdev, and the fleet of five low-floor three-section LRVs as produced by CAF USA.
Costing $US 1 to ride for two hours or $US 2 for a day pass, tickets can be bought at kiosks at each stop. Fare evasion will be controlled with random onboard inspections. Ridership is forecast to be around 3000 passengers a day. The opening weekend began with free travel for passengers.
