The 169km Texas and New Mexico Railway extends from a Union Pacific connection at Monahans, Texas, to Lovington, New Mexico. The line serves the oil fields of west Texas and southeast New Mexico and primarily carries oilfield chemicals and minerals, construction aggregates, industrial waste, and scrap metal.

The 172km Lubbock and Western Railway is divided into two segments. The northern section runs from Dimmitt to Plainview, Texas while the second runs west from Lubbock to Whiteface and southwest from Lubbock to Seagraves. The line carries a range of commodities including fertilizer, construction aggregates, grain, cotton, chemicals, peanuts and plastics.
