CCECC Nigeria will begin construction as soon as financing for the project has been finalised, according to CRCC chairman Mr Meng Fengchao, who says the project's price "was estimated on the basis of conceptual design."
The final price will be determined by both parties following reference to the final construction design.
The line will designed for 120km/h operation.
