The new company's products will include traction converters, energy storage systems, control, supervision and recording systems, passenger information, communications, and electronic control systems. "The aim is to become a highly-innovative dynamic alternative which offers custom-made solutions with Iris, CMMI and ISO 9000 certification," says CAF.
CAF merges specialist subsidiaries into one company
THREE subsidiary companies - Traintic, Trainelec and DTQ4 - set up by CAF, Spain, are being merged into one unit called CAF Power & Automation which will design and produce electric power distribution, communications and control systems for all types of rolling stock.
