IR's profit from current activities was Shekels 76m compared with Shekels 128m in 2014 as a result of one-time costs.

Revenues from passenger traffic reached Shekels 775m compared with Shekels 713m in 2014, an increase of 9%. The daily ridership average is now 200,000 compared with 184,000 in 2014, while total passengers have increased by 40% annually since 2009.

Freight traffic remained static at 7.5 million tonnes with revenues of Shekels 165m.
