The re-purchase will be spread over the next three years and with 10% transferring immediately and the rest equally divided over the next three years. Spuhler himself will hold 15% of the Capvis shares, raising his share to 85%, while the remaining 5% will go to Stadler employees under an employee shareholding programme, which will raise their share from 10% to 15%. No price has been disclosed for the transaction.
