Based in North Carolina, Tec Tran was founded more than 30 years ago and has sales of around $US 10m to international transit rolling stock manufacturers and American transit operators. In addition to braking systems, the company designs and manufactures components such as callipers, power units, electronic controls and brake discs for new and after-sales applications.
