BST will provide maintenance for 71 CRH1A-A, CRH1A, CRH1B, CRH1E and CRH380D trains, which will be completed by the end of the year. BST was awarded a maintenance contract for 560 coaches in February last year, which has since been completed, with these short-term maintenance contracts common in China.

Bombardier has seven joint ventures, six wholly foreign-owned enterprises, and more than 8000 employees in China.
