The authorisations cover a 24 class 1440 Coradia Continental trains for the Breisgau S-Bahn network in Baden Württemberg and 25 trains for the Saarland Electric Network. Both networks will be operated by DB Regio.
All of the trains were assembled at Alstom’s Salzgitter plant.
