Hunter Valley Ballast Cleaning
ARTC invites suppliers to formally submit a tender for the supply of ballast cleaning equipment, off track support and operational resources for the delivery of ballast cleaning services in ARTC’s Hunter Valley network, commencing in July 2019.
ARTC requires the provision of ballast cleaning services for approximately 30-33 km of track per annum, to be delivered in scheduled Hunter Valley network possessions.
ARTC intends to offer a contract to the preferred tenderer of 3, 4 or 5 years. Contract length will be based on ARTC’s assessment of the term that maximises value to ARTC.
All plant, equipment and services to be provided by the tenderer must meet the safety, technical and commercial requirements specified by ARTC in the tender documents. This includes relevant Australian Standards for the railway operating environment.
