Main Responsibilities:
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive transportation and wireless industry, our product line, as well as the lines of our competitors.
-Establish new relationships with potential clients as well as maintaining existing professional relationships through superior service.
-Analyze sales reports and create presentations for clients as well as upper-management.
-Must be able to create and manage pipeline to execute sales and meet forecasted targets.
-Must convey a strong and positive presence to prospective customers so that we are seen as a way to assist in the growth of their business.
-Engage key stakeholders in company for business application reviews.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check. No relocation assistance is available.
Desired Skills & Experience
Desired qualifications and experience:
-Must have minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the rail transportation sector.
-Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
-Deep understanding of the wireless and rail industry and an ability to clearly convey the advantages of our services and IP based communications solutions within the transportation industry.
-Superior presentation and interpersonal skills.
-Demonstrated record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales target goals.
-Thorough and logical approach to planning and implementation.
-Excellent documentation skills using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Visio.
-Ability to create and maintain solid connections with clients by consistently meeting their demands and business needs.
-Must have a strong desire to join a rapidly growing company with the ability to keep up with high potential growth.
-Ability to set and meet strict deadlines.
-Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
