The €45m contract is Colmar's largest-ever order, and the machines will supplement RFI's existing fleet of more than 400 Colmar loaders.
The T11000FS lifting system continuously monitors the machine's load status and monitors it against the true lift capacity, depending on gradient, cant and axle lock configuration. The loaders are also equipped with hydrostatic transmission, load-sensing hydraulics, and a specially-developed system which enables the operator to adjust contact pressure between the tyres and steel wheels from the cab.
The 29-tonne loader is equipped with a 125kW diesel engine and has a maximum lifting capacity of 12 tonnes when operating in rail mode.
