The system comprises an IVU.fleet control centre, which continuously processes train location data and displays them in a graphical dispatch. IVU.realtime transmits train location data to over 100 platform displays as well as the internet using a unified realtime API.
The system features a Polish-launguage user interface with a bilingual text-to-speech application, enabling loudspeaker announcements to be made in both Polish and English.
The rollout of the system is part of a broader project to modernise the line, which includes the introduction of new trains from Newag.
