The flat wagons comprise three types of vehicle: one 21m extra-long bogie wagon, four 14m-long bogie vehicles and two 10m-long two-axle units.
The wagons are fitted with Schaku automatic couplers, disc brakes, a load-dependent graduated brake, a load indicator to prevent overloading, and a category C-II obstacle deflector.
