The opening month was free of charge for passengers, but fares will be charged from October 11, using the same fare structure as the Moscow Metro.

In the first stage of the Moscow central ring railway, 26 stations were opened. Another six stations will be open by the end of 2016.

During week days trains run every six minutes in peak hours, and every 12 minutes in the off-peak. Trains run from 05:45 to 01:00. On weekends and public holidays trains run from 13:00 to 18:00 at six minute intervals.
