Two return services a day will operate on weekdays and at weekends on the Maubeuge - Charleroi - Namur and Aulnoye - Mons routes with connections to inter-city services to and from Paris.

Passenger services were withdrawn on the Douzies - Quevy section of the Maubeuge - Mons line in December 2008, although Belgian National Railways (SNCB) continues to operate an hourly service between Mons and Quevy on the French side of the border.

The Maubeuge - Namur train will restore passenger services on the cross-border section between Jeumont, France, and Erquelinnes, Belgium for the first time since September 2012, although the new service will not call at Jeumont.

Around 300 passengers a day are expected to cross the border on this route.
