The contract, one of three civil works packages for Line 16, covers section 2 between the centre of Aulnay and Bel-Air in the municipality of Chelles.
Works include the construction of Aulnay, Sevran-Beaudottes, Sevran-Livry and Clichy-Montfermeil stations and 11.1km of bored tunnel.
The section is due to be commissioned in 2024.
The 10-station Line 16 will run for 29km from Saint-Denis Pleyel to Noisy Champs and is forecast to carry around 200,000 passengers per day, serving a catchment with a population of 775,000.
