BST has already supplied 288 CR400AF vehicles under two separate contracts awarded in 2018. The new vehicles will be delivered by mid-2020.
The CR400AF was designed by CRRC Sifang and has been in service since February 2017.
Bombardier Sifang Transporation is a 50:50 joint venture of Bombardier and CRRC Sifang Rolling Stock.
