Duagon Men says the merger has the potential to accelerate growth due to complementary product range, expanded software and electronics expertise as well as a global sales organisation.

“OEM Technology Solutions products and services allow us to provide a broader and deeper product set to the railway market,” says Duagon Men CEO, Dr Markus Dilger.

“Both Mr James McLeod and Mr Richard Gobee, the founders of OEM Technology Solutions, have committed to long term agreements to continue to manage the Sydney organisation and contribute to the overall group product development strategy.”

Duagon Men has committed to further investment in the research and development centre in Sydney, while the headquarters of OEM Technology Solutions will also act also as a sales and support centre for Duagon Men’s products in Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Duagon Men will also provide support for OEM Technology Solutions’ products and services at its service hubs in Switzerland, Germany, France, China and the United States.
