MR Richard Bowker has left his position as CEO of Etihad Rail, the company responsible for the United Arab Emirates' $US 11bn railway network construction programme, to join English Football Association as an independent director.
MR Richard Bowker has left his position as CEO of Etihad Rail, the company responsible for the United Arab Emirates' $US 11bn railway network construction programme, to join English Football Association as an independent director.
Bowker joined Etihad, formerly known as Union Railway, in 2009. He was previously CEO of Britain's National Express Group and chairman of the now defunct Strategic Rail Authority. Etihad's executive director of infrastructure, Mr Hazem Mobarak has been appointed as interim CEO.
