Under the deal, which is worth around Roubles 25bn ($US 439m), Metrowagonmash will ensure at least 46 of the eight-car trains are available for service each day.
Maintenance of the trains, which date from 2012-14, will be carried out at Warsaw and Izmailovo depots in Moscow.
Metrowagonmash is already maintaining trains of this type at other depots in the city under lifecycle contracts awarded by Moscow Metro in 2013 and 2014.
