Domestic manufacturer Končar is supplying HŽ's passenger subsidiary HŽPP with 10 160km/h trains for Dugo Selo - Zagreb - Savski Marof services. Each four-car set accommodates up to 505 passengers, 133 of them seated, and the trains are equipped with passenger Wi-Fi and a GPS passenger information system.

The trains are part of a Kuna 1.63bn ($US 290m) contract awarded to Končar in January 2014 for 16 regional EMUs, 16 suburban EMUs, and 12 regional DMUs. The first of the regional EMUs entered service in April.

Six more of the suburban trains are due to be delivered by the end of this year.
