Singapore charts a path to a 45-minute city
A revised structure for governing Singapore’s metro network, in which the Land Transport Authority (LTA) plays a central role as asset owner and overseer of new network construction, renewals and upgrades is providing a long-term framework for boosting network utilisation and reliability.
