THE Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) has awarded the Trans4m Rail joint venture of John Holland and SEE Civil a $A 693.8m ($US 504.3m) contract to upgrade infrastructure on the 171km Narrabri - North Star section, or N2NS Phase 1, of the Inland Rail project.
