THE Rail Baltica (RB) joint venture has responded to the results of a joint audit undertaken following the resignation of former CEO Ms Baiba Rubesa in September 2018, which highlighted both scheduling and budgeting risks for the cross-border project, saying that the targeted completion date of 2026 remains possible.
