Remed works to revive Guatemala’s railway network
Private finance is being deployed to rebuild 800km of Guatemala’s currently disused network at a cost of $US 1.75bn, with the aim of establishing the country as a hub for trade with its neighbours and North America. Robert Preston spoke to Remed CEO Carlos Álvarez.
