Sersa CEO Konrad Schnyder and Rhomberg CEO Hubert Rhomberg said at InnoTrans that the two companies complement each other ideally, not only in terms of products and services but also culturally and geographically. The two companies will form part of a joint holding company based in Austria.
The merger is subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities.
