Philippe Citroën has been director general of the European Rail Industry Association (Unife) since 2011. Prior to this he was CEO of Systra from 2002 to 2011, strategy director at French National Railways (SNCF) between 1999 and 2002, and manager and chief of staff of RATP in Paris between 1993 and 1999.
