The contract, which includes an option for another 10 trains, was signed by regional marshal, Mr Olgierd Geblewicz, vice-marshal, Mr Tomasz Sobieraj, and Newag president, Mr Zbigniew Konieczek.
West Pomerania owns the largest fleet of Impuls EMUs, purchasing another 22 type 31WE and 18 type 36WE vehicles between from 2013 and 2018.
The base order is valued at Zlotys 40m ($US 10.6m), with the option worth Zlotys 200m.
