DWS says the five-year deal will further digitise its business processes. The contract also extends a two-year contact signed in 2018 for use of the RailSmart Employee Development System (EDS), which is designed to reduce the administrative burden of compliance and optimise employee performance.
“The freight industry is moving into the 21st century,” says DWS managing director, Mr John Hall. “With technology becoming more tailored and affordable to businesses now is the ideal time to invest in it.”
