The new uni-directional LRVs are based on Bombardier's Flexity 100% low-floor vehicle. Each LRV will have five sections and will be more than 28m long and 2.54m wide with room for at least 240 passengers. All wheels will be driven.
The first prototypes will be delivered in 2011, with series-production vehicles following between 2012 and 2018.
