The contract runs from December 2017 to June 2021 and covers the operation of around 1.9 million train-km per year on the Zwickau - Schwarzenberg - Johanngeorgenstadt (RB 95) Chemnitz - Olbernhau Grünthal (RB 81) and Chemnitz - Annaberg-Buchholtz Süd - Cranzahl (RB80) lines.
DB to retain Erzgebirge Diesel Network
CENTRAL Saxony Transport Authority (ZVMS) has confirmed it intends to directly award a contract for the operation of the Erzgebirge Diesel Network to incumbent operator DB Regio.
