Under the contract, which runs from August 1 and includes an option for an extension, SNCF will provide guidance in rail safety and operations, train handling, rolling stock maintenance as well as staff training in human resource management, finance, and procurement.
The CFC network carries more than 3000 passengers per day during the summer and 2000 per day at other times of the year, serving 76 stations.
