European Parliament approves track access relief for operators
THE European Parliament has adopted a regulation to provide relief to rail operators hit by falling volumes and revenue during the coronavirus pandemic by allowing Member States to waive and relax track access and reservation charges as well as easing mark-up regulations applied for using European railway networks.
