Norway’s NRC Group to acquire VR Track
NRC Group, Norway, has announced it will acquire VR Track from Finnish state-owned operator VR Group to form the largest specialised rail infrastructure company in the Nordic region, with more than 2450 employees and annual revenues exceeding NKr 6bn ($US 73.5m).
