Rethinking public transport post Covid-19
Faced with a revenue shortfall following the Covid-19 pandemic, Milan Transport (ATM) is following a revised corporate strategy, which aims to improve the attractiveness of the city’s public transport network to a wider group of passengers and boost non-fare revenue, including contract work abroad.
