ALSTOM marked the entry into passenger operation of its Coradia iLint hydrogen fuel cell multiple unit in Bremervörde, Germany, on September 16, with two prototype trains beginning commercial service on a fixed timetable in Lower Saxony on September 17.

Bombardier unveils battery-electric Talent 3
BOMBARDIER presented its prototype battery-electric Talent 3 multiple unit to guests including Mr Enak Ferlemann, state secretary at the German Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure, on September 12 with an inaugural run on the test track at the company’s Hennigsdorf plant in Berlin.
