Legal challenge against NS direct-award contract referred to European Court of Justice
THE Dutch Civil Court of The Hague has referred a case challenging the legitimacy of a 15-year direct-award concession given to Netherlands Railways (NS) to the European Court of Justice (CJEU), saying the arguments raised by private operators against NS are “not implausible.”
