Jica provides $US 374.5m loan for Myanmar upgrade
THE Japan International Cooperation Agency (Jica) has signed a Yen 40.6bn ($US 374.5m) loan agreement with the government of Myanmar for the Yangon - Mandalay Railway Improvement Project Phase I (III).
