Bombardier’s delivery schedule for Abellio’s delayed EMUs “unrealistic”
BOMBARDIER has promised to provide the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Transport and Abellio Rail Baden-Württemberg (ABRB) a binding, feasible delivery schedule by the end of January for the 21 delayed Talent 2 EMUs on order, after ABRB said it was not confident the vehicles would be delivered within Bombardier’s previous delivery timetable.

FOLLOWING an international tender, Baden-Württemberg’s state-owned rolling stock leasing company SFBW has awarded Alstom a contract to supply 18 DMUs for the Zollernalb Line from Tübingen to Aulendorf.
