ÖBB and Voestalpine create joint venture to develop Transant wagon
ÖBB Technical Services, a subsidiary of ÖBB Rail Cargo Group (RCG), and Voestalpine Steel have signed an agreement to create a 50:50 joint venture (JV) to produce the lightweight Transant wagon platform.

AUSTRIAN Airlines will cancel its flights between Salzburg and Vienna from July 20, instead partnering with Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) to increase the number of RailJet services designated as AIRail services between Salzburg Main Station and Vienna Airport from three to 31.

Cross-border services resume as European borders reopen
